You may create an Exchange Transport rule to remove X-Microsoft-Exchange-Diagnostics-untrusted headers. This will allow all e-mails to flow from Office 365 to Email Security.cloud without the character restriction rule being applied.
You might have encountered a recent Office 365 service health issue in which EOP is unable to strip the X-Microsoft-Exchange-Diagnostics-untrusted header from your messages. This leads to oversized message headers and thus prevents messages from being delivered. The issue, referred to by Microsoft as EX107354, is not related to our software.

10/30/2014 · Office 365 won’t provide the same clear decodding as Spamassassin does, however if you can provide complete header, then I can help you check the possible reasons from it.. Normally SCL=9 is set because of High Confidence Spam and it usually either BCL/PCL was marked and you had selected Mark Bulk as Spam or else any option from Advance Spam Filtering hit it or Transport Rule matched.
7/7/2017 · My university granted me an email address in @exeter.ac.uk which is manageable in Office 365. I have asked to have all of my inbox emails sent directly to my personal email address (in @hotmail.fr ) ages ago and it was working pretty good: most of the emails were redirected instantly.

8/3/2017 · protection.outlook.com: domain of bizzride.hr does not designate 104.40.229.156 as permitted sender) I’m not familiar with O365, but this line makes it seem to me that the sender domain is not configured correctly to allow that IP send on their behalf(As others have said the implementation for this is via the SPF standard).
